All bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather conditions outside our safe operational limits for the activity (for which Paddle People have the final say) we will endeaver to re-schedule your activity, and if a suitable date cannot be found your booking will be refunded.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time, and bring a form of photo ID eg. passport or driving licence in the name of the lead booker, which we will keep in our safe for the duration of your hire by way of a deposit.
Bookings are non-refundable but can be re-scheduled up to 14 calendar days prior to the activity date subject to availability within 6 months. In the event that a suitable date cannot be found, the booking remains non-refundable unless in the event of cancellation by Paddle People due to adverse weather at the time of the activity.
By proceeding with this booking you are confirming you agree with the content of the pre-hire waiver, which can be viewed here. After your booking is complete, you will be emailed a link to complete your waiver. Everyone in the booking party must complete this separately, and it must be completed before the activity commences.
If you have any children (aged 8-15) in your booking party, they must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of the activity and for the duration, and their waiver must be countersigned by said parent or legal guardian.
